Date: Saturday March 7, 2020 – Sunday March 8, 2020.
Saturday (GS or Slalom Race TBD so bring both GS and Slalom skis)
Schedule:
• 8:30 – 9:30 Racer and Parent Race Registration & Purchase Banquet Tickets
• 9:30 – 10:00 Course Inspection
• 10:00 Race Start (U8/U10/U12 then U14/U16/U19)
• Team Photos for each group will be taken at the end of each group’s race. Please keep your racer(s) near the finish area so that they can be present for your team’s group photo.
• 11:30 – 1:30 BBQ lunch provided. Hamburger or Hot Dog and a Drink (must race or volunteer for free food).
• 12:45. We will take an “All Team” photo with all racers and coaches.
• 1:00 – 3:30 – Get ready for more fun as racers join in on a Scavenger Hunt, Radar Run, and Obstacle course hosted by Annissa Bray.
• 3:30 Awards
Sunday (Slalom or GS Race – opposite of Saturday)

• Reset
• Parent Race GS. We will try to do a group photo of the parent racers at the Start Area at the top.
• 11:30 – 1:30 BBQ lunch provided. Hamburger or Hot Dog and a Drink (must race or volunteer for free food).
• 1:30 – Put on your old Halloween costume or come up with something original and join the downhill parade. Always lots of laughs.
Race Format and Awards
- For both the Slalom and Giant Slalom races each racer will have two runs.
- The top three male and female racers based on combined run times will be awarded a medal in each division (U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U19).
